Hi All

Using this article, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/portals/manage-sharepoint-documents , we can upload a document to a SharePoint library. The document name is recorded along with some other oob fields such as Created, Created By, Content Type, etc. Is it possible to have custom fields associated with the document such as Organisation, Notes/Description (i.e. metadata) also added when the document is added to the library? We have added such fields to the Associated Document Grid in CRM, How to Add Metadata to SharePoint Document Subgrid in Dynamics 365 (linnzawwin.blogspot.com) , but can't figure out how to add this data when the document is uploaded to SharePoint
