I keep getting error in the Get response details part of the flow

I built an automated flow that our admin team is using, however, I recently had to set it up again since the original flow is no longer working and keeps getting an error. Moreover, this new flow now encounters an error in one of the critical parts, Get response details. I made sure that I'm using the correct link and that I have access to the applications (MS Forms, SharePoint, etc) However, I'm still getting the error. Can someone please guide me on how to resolve this error and get my flow running smoothly again? I already attached the error message below. Thank you in advance.

Why does the action have the GUID ID of the form instead of the name of the form? For example:

Did you figure out the ID of the form and enter it as a custom value instead of choosing the correct form from the drop-down? If so, and you did this because the form was not listed in the drop-down, that would indicate you do not have access to the form. Otherwise, try choosing the form again from the drop-down menu.

The error also says there is an issue with the connection you are using. I would try adding a new connection for the action to see if that resolves the issue:

Thank you for all the responses. It seems the solution is quite simple. It's neither an issue with access to MS Forms or SharePoint. I just failed to notice that I added the incorrect trigger condition in the trigger card setting. It's working fine now. Thank you again guys! :)

"the form was not listed in the drop-down, that would indicate you do not have access to the form". No, it usually indicates that it's a group form where the ID has to be entered because group forms aren't ever included in the dropdown.
