Not getting right input to select when creating a flow

I am creating a flow and I am not getting the right input to select.

From what I have learned and created the same flow before I should get an input List of respond notifications. However that option is not available. Please see the Screen shot below.

I've been seeing this question a lot recently. The Triggers associated with Microsoft Forms used to trigger in batches. So you would get an array of Responses to process at one time. That is no longer the case. The triggers now trigger for each individual response. So you don't need an Apply to Each to get the response details anymore.
