Runtime Error

Hi,

Eveytime I open my App I have to refresh my data connections as PowerApps shows I have Runtime errors. On refresh of Data connection all the horrid red X go away but my drop down choices then show #Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.Sharepoint.SPListExpandedRefrence.

Im put off from opening Powerapps due to this always happening.

Many thanks

    Hi @Anonymous ,

What is your data source of this Edit form and what is the column type of this field? What is the Items property of this dropdown control?

Try to delete the whole data card and readd this field in this edit form, then test again.

    Regards,

    Mona

    Hi Mona,

The data source is a sharepoint list and the column type is a choice column.

Items propertiers is: Choices('Data Source'.Column Name)

Deleting the data card works sometimes but should i be doing this everytime i open the app to edit it? Its also not always the same data card or even the same edit form.

    Kind regards

    @Anonymous @v-monli-msft

Did this get solved? I am seeing this constantly as well in my apps.

My situation is exactly the same as @Anonymous 's ie

    - datasource = SharePoint

    - column type = Choice

    - formula's throwing Runtime errors in Edit = Choices( myDataSource.myChoiceColumn)

Same things happens as well with it not always being the same cards and/or same Data Source. Just seems very random. Refreshing each datasource clears the errors but it is quite unsettling.

    Thanks
