Text in text field disappears when entering edit mode.

Text in text field disappears when entering edit mode. The feedback field is the only one being affected by this.

    Judging by the on screen transition effect, I assume that Form is being duplicated across each screen. What is the Default property for the Feedback Data Card?

    This is not what I am asking for. Please read this resource to understand what DataCards are: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/working-with-cards 

     

    It looks like the Default property for the DataCardValue is blank. I want see screenshots which look like below for the DataCard and the DataCardValue.
