Save email images to Sharepoint document library

Hi,

We are attempting to save images sent to a specific email address from our mobile team to a SharePoint Library. Starting with the template (https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/galleries/public/templates/f7a46809e53c42108034e56acf83bb79/save-my-email-attachments-to-a-sharepoint-document-library/)

I can get it to work if I send from Outlook desktop. I've tried from Apple Mail Desktop, Apple Mail Phone, Outlook mobile app - it doesn't work. As the team is going to be on the go, I really need this to work when mailing images from phones and tablets.

I noticed that when I see the email it doesn't show the paperclip when not sent via the Outlook desktop. For the messages that I have the paperclip the flow works great.

From mobile the flow is skipped, no error message just skipped.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi @SDWAH,

I think the issue here should be the Mail client.

The flow should have no issue here.

The template you configured is used to save Email Attachments into SharePoint Library, if there is no attachment added in the Email, there would be no files created under SharePoint Library.

Please suggest the Team to Choose Add Attachment when send images using Apple Mail, don't choose Insert Photo or Video option.

For Outlook Web App for Mobile, after click the paperclip, choose Attach file to insert the image. Choosing images from the Library will not work, as the image would be added into Email Body, which can't be "seen" by Flow.

Thank you!

I tested it using "Add Attachment" from my iPhone and it worked!

I also testing going to my photo gallery and emailing from there and it worked as well.

The only thing that doesn't seem to work is insert image in the email.
