Dependent Dropdown List is Blank

Hi there,

I have a dropdown list (Event Subtype)which is dependent on an other dropdown list (Event Type).

When I apply the depends on function, I get a blank Subtype dropdown list!

Please note that I applied distinct function on the Event Type dropdown list.

What would solve this problem?

    please use EventType 

    you have used subtype
