I created an automation where I sent a Microsoft Form where people can list their info. and I have to approve it before it gets sent to the SharePoint List.

But, on the form itself, I also added the option where people can update their info. if they got transferred out of a new department or location. My issue is I want to keep the name, just change their status or location.

How can I update a SharePoint List row with the new info. rather than just create a new row?
