How to add a new line to txt file

Hi,

I am currently working on a flow that would extract staff leavers' names and leaving dates from an email. I've created a flow that takes the staff name and the leaving date and puts them into a text file.

The problem I am facing is that when a new email comes, it overwrites the previous name and date. How do I adjust the flow to make it where it creates a new line when new information comes?

Hello @Anonymous ,
please use this expression in a "Compose" action:

concat(body('Get_file_content'),' ','<your_value>')

and then put the Compose Outputs in your File Content inside the Update File action.

Thanks for the reply. still confused about one thing. The expression, concat(body('Get_file_content'),'','<your_value>') what do I put in place of "your content"?

you should put the staff name and the leaving date extracted from the email.
