While I was looking for a way to support debugging, I found a document that "Debug option available under the Diagnostics".

But I can't  find that a debug button in my account.

Is there a solution?

    I think this feature is preview only and not available generally yet. If you have a query, you can reach out to microsoft support with the session id and this will be able to help you.
