    Hi ,

Thanks for your suggestions, but I want to create similar kind of servicenow and also want to collect output to update survey in servicenow.

Issue is unable to collect output when we click on smiley image(big) columnset.

Need help on collecting output on smiley selection.

    Hi,

If this was my project I would use Microsoft Forms.  Here you can add images to answer questions and very easy to process.  Forms are also snapped into Teams so end-users don't have to leave Teams to submit a survey.

From here, you have a trigger, When a new form response is submitted, action - get form responses, etc, etc, etc.  Easy peasy.

This should be doable--where are you at in your process?  Have you created the card and tested it?  Can you post some screenshots of the data that comes back when a user submits the survey?
