Settings, not getting all options

Under VA Setting under my profile, there should be 3 settings:

- General settings

- Transfer to agent

- System fallback

 

But in my profile only General settings and System fallback is showing and Transfer to agent is missing.

Kindly help if I am missing any license or may be other issue.

    Hi @naveens1,

     

    I believe that menu item has moved to the Manage section. Can you double check if that configuration option is available over there?
