I am currently exploring MS Inspection, however, I could not find an option for me to save those submitted inspections in PDF form. Are there any ways for me to get those submissions in PDF? thanks in advance.

You can use power automate and convert your form to PDF. Adding a link below from @RezaDorrani which will give you a better idea of how you can achieve this.
