How to remove a connection from an App without deleting the connection?

I have a PowerApp that triggers a Flow in OnSelect of a button. When I was building the Flow, I added and then removed an action from a premium connection (Word Online (Business)) so the connection is no longer needed.

The connection is not listed in the PowerApps studio View tab > Data Connections
The connection was listed in the Flow connections, which I deleted
The connection is still listed in the PowerApps connection details (from make.powerapps.com: Apps blade > select app ellipses then Details > Connections tab)

In the connection details, I can see my app in the Apps using this connection tab. First thought would be to Delete, which I see as a button on the top of my screen, but in the Flows using this connection I do have unrelated Flows listed and I do not want to delete the connection completely so they don't break.

Is there any other way to disassociate the connection with the app besides deleteing the whole connection?

After deleting the connection in the Flow did you remove the Flow from the PowerApp and re-add it? I've found that to be a requirement when adding parameters to the Flow or changing the connections.

Thanks for the suggestion. I deleted the call for the Flow from the OnSelect in the button and removed it as a connection from my app. Then I re-added it but there were a bunch of errors with the parameters (this was from a change a while back, it was unstable but I didn't fix it because it was working). Rather than fixing the existing brokern Flow I just started with a new one (not Save As) with the same PowerApps trigger and functionality. I then added it to my app and back to my button. Flow is working but I am still seeing the Word Online listed as Connection in app details. This new Flow has never had Word actions associated with it. I did try clearing cache/republshing app to see if something was slow to update

Hi @Anonymous ,

Actually, it is an known issue within PowerApps, when you add a connection within a canvas app, the connection would be cached within this app, even if you delete the connection from your app, the connection would also be listed under the Connections tab of Details of a canvas app in https://make.powerapps.com.
