22I got a customized SharePoint form where the user has to fill in the name of the approver in a multi people column . There can be any number of approver required and all of them have to approve to change the status of the app. The user is notified by the mail and has to select from a drop down whether he approves or otherwise.
How best do I count the Total number of approvers and the number approved. If they are equal the status of a text box changes. I put a button to be clicked after users saves all the approvers. On Select I check the number people column populated to count total Approvers and put in Approver text input through a variable.
Approvals can take at different times and On Change of the approval drop down I add count to the Approved Text box. How best to record the approval and put the value in Approval input box. How best to compare the two text box to change the status. All values are saved in SharePoint list.
Any advise will be highly appreciated.
