Hi,

I made a flow where you fill a leave request via Forms and it gets added in the "leave request" list on SharePoint, once this happens you get a receipt e-mail of your request followed by an approval stage to which the approval and rejection give it's own corresponding e-mail. And the list get's updated to approved or rejected. (a red green "yes" or red "no" label in my case)

Now to reduce the workload, I was wondering if there's a possibility to get rid of the approval via e-mail or Teams and approve the request directly in the SharePoint list. That way you just need the list and you can add the request in that person's work roster.

(I work for an airline so we would put these approved requests in someone's roster, hence why I want to get rid of the e-mail so that they just need two screens (this list and our scheduling program) and they just need to select "No" or Yes" in that list)
