Known Limitation Trigger When a new email arrives

Hey,

I read an article about Troubleshooting of the Trigger "When a new email arrives" and found out that my flow will not trigger if I move one mail to another folder.

Are there any possibilities to get that done? I got hundreds of old mails in my inbox and want to structure that in new folders. While I want to extract the attachments out of these mails.

Hi @Montero9 you can setup a flow to extract the attachments from the email once arrived and then use the action Move email to move the email to the relevant folder.

Hi sudharsan1985, thank you for your answer. I just created a flow to extract the attachments, but it only works with emails that are newly added, not with older emails before creation. Is it the only way how it works?
