Issues on filtering a table

Hi there,

Trying to solve a issue with my PowerApp.

Here it is. I have a Sharepoint list with the name of the workers of a company. Every day, a manager opens the App and address this name to one task. But sometimes he forget one or another. So, we decide to include a table filtering the ones that have not been adressed on that day. See a schematic print below:

As you can see, he forgot to address the name A on April,2nd. So, he can check at the table on PowerApp which one is missing and correct it.

I`m trying the following but it is displaying just the names that are already addressed and blank spaces to the ones not addressed.

Could you guys help me with that?

    Hi @gerpro ,

    I assume there are two collections:

    ClearCollect(ListA,{Letter:"A"},{Letter:"B"},{Letter:"C"},{Letter:"C"});
    ClearCollect(ListB,{Date:Date(2022,4,1),Letter:"A"},{Date:Date(2022,4,1),Letter:"B"},{Date:Date(2022,4,1),Letter:"C"},{Date:Date(2022,4,1),Letter:"C"},
    {Date:Date(2022,4,2),Letter:"B"},{Date:Date(2022,4,2),Letter:"C"},{Date:Date(2022,4,2),Letter:"C"},
    {Date:Date(2022,4,3),Letter:"A"},{Date:Date(2022,4,3),Letter:"B"},{Date:Date(2022,4,3),Letter:"C"},{Date:Date(2022,4,3),Letter:"C"});

    You could use this formula to get the item the manager forgot:

    Filter(
     Ungroup(ForAll(ListA.Letter,ForAll(Distinct(ListB,Date),{Date:Result,Letter:Letter})),"Value") As A,
     Not( A[@Letter] & Text(A[@Date]) in Concat(ListB,Letter & Text(Date)))
    )

    Best Regards,

    Bof

    Hi Bof,

    Thanks for your help. I was a bit affraid of usying ClearCollect but as per your example I could dig a bit more on that and I could manage to create two collections just with the columns that I want to output the missing values, i.e. Concatenado and Colaborador.

    ClearCollect(
     ListaAtual;
     [@'Lista de Funcionários'].Concatenado
    );;
    RemoveIf(
     ListaAtual;
     IsBlank(Concatenado)
    );;
    ClearCollect(
     ListadaData;
     Filter(
     'Apropriação de mão de obra';
     'Data da Apropriação' = DateValue(DataApropr.Text)
     ).Colaborador
    )

    But I'm still struggling to filter the output values found on collection ListaAtual (Column Concatenado) that are not found on the collection ListadaData (Colaborador).

    Do you have some suggestion to do that?
