I have a canvas app and need to use modal dialog windows for a couple of features. These modal pop-up events are triggered by OnChange event of a field in a form. They open a gallery that connects to a collection where users will submit information. Currently, when there is a modal window, there is no way for a Screen Reader to interact with the content in the modal window. Is there some way to set a Focus on the content in the Modal Window?
Modals are not supported when creating accessible Power Apps - you should have a separate screen that contains that gallery etc used in the modal and then return back to that page when the separate modal screen has been filled/completed.
I would suggest storing whatever record you are referencing into a variable, passing it to the modal screen and then passing it back to the original screen when returning (or similar pattern depending on what you are trying to achieve)
