The Launch() function doesn't seem to work on Internet Explorer 11. More details on browser version below:

On IE11, I get the following message:
On allowing, the app just reloads instead of opening the link passed in the Launch() function.
On Edge (on which, Launch works as expected), I get this message. The links next to Allow (the partially redacted links) reflect the argument passed to Launch in the app.
It also works as expected on Chrome (it just directly opens a new tab).
For the meantime, we have directed our users to avoid IE.
@v-micsh-msft -- I don't know who's part of the PA Support Staff or the Mods for the community but you seem to be one of them. Just trying to catch your attention.
