Hello Power Automate community,

Today I discovered a strange problem which I have never encountered before. I am currently developing a solution in DEV environment and every once in a while pushing a managed solution package in a PROD environment. This solution includes a Power App, Dataverse tables, cloud flows and a security role. This week we created a Flow inside the solution (in DEV environment) that shares all database records to the selected user. This Flow was aimed to be run in the prod environment because we wanted to have an admin account that has access to all content in the PROD environment. The Flow is triggered manually from inside the solution and requires 2 string parameters.

For some reason, I get this error message when trying to trigger the Flow in the PROD environment:

Also, we have a QUALITY environment in our tenant. In that environment the managed solution Flow triggered and ran successfully. What could be the possible problem here and why does it happen with a single environment only?
