Hello!
My question is the same as the one found in the following URL, but the solutions there are not feasible for me due to info security: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/send-an-email-from-a-shared-mailbox-Error-The-specified-object/td-p/1629728
I have a flow that is triggered within a Power App.
This flow uses the connector "Send an Email from a Shared Inbox." The Connection Reference for that action is to a Service Account which has Full Access to the shared mailbox.
The flow fails on this action with error:
The specified object was not found in the store.
I believe this is because the flow is triggered in the Power App and therefore is trying to use the Power App user's credentials, rather than the Service Account. Is that correct?
I cannot give every Power App user permissions to the shared mailbox due to Info Security.
Please note: I used to use the "Send an email (V2)" connector with the "Send From" field set to my Shared Mailbox. Unfortunately, this connector has failed randomly within several flows I have when trying to send from a Shared Mailbox. Others in my company have run into the same problem and switched to the "Send an Email from a Shared Inbox" connector.
