Unable to create a connection to run flow in unattended mode

Hi Community,

Has anyone had issues with running flows in unattended mode recently?

I have some flows that were previously running in attended and unattended mode without issues, but after the last PAD update, I've been having difficulties running flows in unattended mode.

Runtime machine shows that machine is connected both on the local machine and on power automate portal but when I try to create a connection using the server credentials, it returns internal server error "Test connection failed" and issue has been persistent for almost a week now.

I have disconnected and reconnected runtime server machine, but this didn't fix the issue, I also tried to initiate a new connection, but issue still persists.

Although, flows are running fine in attended mode. Please I need urgent assistance with this issue.

Any help or suggestions is welcomed.

Firstly, the screenshot is very small and barely seeing that, Is that server is created by you? If so, then did you try to login to the Server?

If they work in attended mode, it shouldn't really be related to the app. Doesn't sound like something the community can resolve. I would recommend reporting this as a bug to MS support.

Yes, i'm logged in on the server. As a matter of fact, the desktop app and flows were built on the server. I would share another image of the runtime server

Thank you @Agnius I have raised a support ticket with MS support but there's been no feedback from their end that's why I created a topic on here to see if anyone is experiencing same.
