Hope that this question is in the right place! I am new to Dataverse based PowerApps and do not have a particularly technical background so I am not to familiar with security concepts.
I created a simple app based on a Dataverse table where the user fills out a form - two of these fields (Line Manager and HR Partner) are LookUp columns to the User table. When the form gets submitted, the Line Manager and HR Partner receive an email containing a deeplink back to the app, but to an "Approval" screen where they can see the submitted details and they can Approve/Reject the request and also provide their comments.
To summarize - User submits a record, Line Manager and HR need to be able to view and update that same record.
Does anyone have any advice on what the optimal security settings would be for this scenario?
