Sharing PowerApps with URL link to costumers (outside organization) for short review

I have a problem. I build a canvas app, in a community free account (development account). I would like to share the URL link to the customer, so can see how the app works. When I share a URL link by internet (the customer clicks on the link) it ask for an username and password to log into my development account before can see the app (I can not share my private data of my account). Is it possible to send a third party a URL link, so that can see if the app is interesting for the use for his business. Or rather, I will ask in this way "how someone who builds a new Powerapps can share with a third party costumer"? Just for short review (to try how it looks like). Namely, the customer must see and try the application in order to be able to tell or meet their needs. So we are talking about relationship between the application developer and the customer who would use the application!

Apps built in the community cannot be shared with anyone.  That is one of the limitations of the free community.  Apps built in a regular tenant environment can be shared with external users as long as those users have a suitable license.  Here's a post on the steps required to share an app with an external user.

Very interesting Microsoft policy. So I have to create a new regular tenant environment (for which I have pay - I don't see a problem in that - logical). But that a third party needs to have a license to access to my app I built is crazy and incomprehensible to me. The third party does not even know if they will use the application, they just want to see how it works or will meet their needs. So I don't think a third party will want to get a license just to try my app. I see that in a system like this, I won’t be able to introduce customers to the new apps I’ve built. I will therefore build on a new app on a different system from Google (Flutter), which allows me to share the app, more freedom in deciding who to share it with, and I don’t need licenses for each piece of app (power automate, power Bi, Power Ai build, and so on), and it’s much cheaper. Thank you for your clarification, Mr. Pstork1.

Let me clarify one thing.  The third party needs a license, but they don't necessarily need to provide their own license.  The license can be from their own tenant, if they have one, or a license you provide them.
