Dynamic Document Grab from SharePoint

Hey all -

I hope that i am able to explain this well enough. I am creating an automation around the on-boarding of users based on the IT Team they're on, along with capturing their role. Someone would enter a form, which is pushed to a list. This list starts an automation that eventually sends a "final email" to the new user. Everything works great, outside of the dynamic document grab. Based on the IT Team they are on, they will have a specific "role" and i would like to do a "compare" of the value that is submitted through the initial form, along with the value of a document library on SharePoint. This document would house specific information that is based on the role. I would like to do this rather then send a static document with links - I would prefer to be able to compare the initial role name capture to the "role name" in the document properties.

I have the same question (0)

hi @OTboom  I asume that you need to compare the value sended from your user from Forms with a value in sharepoint if is yes you can do this.

@ChristianAbata - This worked great! I do have a question. At the end, I do want to send an email within the condition "If yes". Is there a way i can use HTML to format the link to have a title instead of a URL?

So for example, here is what it would look like without HTML

    "Welcome, here is your document

    Document 1: https://sharepointlocation.microsoft.com/location/filetesting.docx

    Thank you!"

    And with HTML:

"Welcome, your document is located "here (this would be a hyperlink)"

    Thank you!"

I've tried the a couple of different ways but i cannot get it to work.
