I am trying to implement a flow whereby a user initiates a workflow from within a teams channel and it creates a new record on a custom dataverse entity:
On selecting the workflow the user then populates an adaptive card, and that then triggers the creation of a record on a custom entity ('clients') in the dataverse.
Problem is for the workflow to work as above it needs to be on the users default environment ('personal productivity" in my case), and when I build the flow within the default environment the custom entity is not available.
How can I make the custom entity available on the default environment, or is there another way to achieve what I want?
