I am a fresh graduate who has been hired as a trainee a few days ago, and my boss is telling me to create an app from PowerApps that could send by email 1 tip a day to some of the employees (these tips I guess they are previously stored in a database).
Can anyone help me please??

Building the App depends on when and how you would like to send the tips by Email.
In addition, please share more information about where the tips would be stored, and how would the tips be used.
For example : Single tip one day, then switch another (how many tips would be used? ), or one tip for a couple of days, or the other style.
If the sending need to do manually, then we could just add a buttion, add the Office 365 Outlook or the Outlook connection, use the SendEmail () function to send the tips.
If the tips need to be sent per day, then I would recommend using Microsoft Flow.
