Powerautomate flow for pulling information from one list to other

Hi,

 

I am looking a solution implementing below flow-

 

I have one list of Territory wise leaders like mentioned below. 

List 1 name - Territory

List 2 Project Detail - It has project information with Territory column. I want to pull Practice Lead, Delivery Lead and Offshore engagement lead from list 1 based on Territory common column. 

 

But unable to get correct solution for it. Looking for solution.  Please suggest.

    As of now, I am unable to find a flow and looking for solution from community.

    Please suggest me if you have any idea.
