I am trying to use an MS form to track completed buildings inspected. The assessors will add multiple buildings in one row in the form. They will separate the building numbers by a comma. I want PowerAutomate to add the numbers to my spreadsheet but separate the numbers out into separate cells by creating rows. I keep getting the following error - The execution of template action 'Apply_to_each_2' failed: the result of the evaluation of 'foreach' expression '@outputs('Compose_3')' is of type 'String'. The result must be a valid array.
In your Compose 3, you've just typed the expression in. Instead, you need to click into the field, then choose the expression tab, add the expression there, and click OK.
You'll see it entered as a purple rectangle, and then you should be good.
Thank you for your response. I am just learning how to use Power Automate.
No worries, I think we've all done this particular thing...
