I am new to power apps and currently have 2 issues, the first being my form keeps  showing no items to display. I have 2 screens when you click on a button on the first screen it takes you to the second screen with the form set to new I have the button set to onselect - SubmitForm(Form1);Navigate('Screen 2');Form2.Mode = FormMode.New) and the forms default mode is set to FormMode.New.

The second issue is that one of the cards in the form has a combobox that populates the owner or whoever is filling it out, but it doesn't save to the sharepoint like the rest of the fields. The update function of the card is ComboBox6.Selected. Please help.

    Hi @MH81003 ,

    When you form shows "no items to display" it means that form is not initialized.

    Let's say you are using EditForm control

    Scenario 1: You want to create a new record then you have to initialize the form by this formula

    NewForm(FormName);

    Scenario 2: If you want to edit existing record, use

    EditForm(FormName);

    While doing this, you need to specify which record you want to edit, this is captured in "Item" property of the form where you need to pass the entire record object

    Hope this helps

    Thank you, I put the NewForm in the OnSelect and that solved my first issue.

    Hi @MH81003 ,

    If "ComboBox6.Selected" doesn't update your Owner then try to update using Lookup to get entire record to be patched.

    Lookup(
     UsersList,
     User.Emaail = ComboBox6.Selected.Email,
     ThisRecord
    )

    Something like this might help

    Both issues are fixed now I just deleted the card and remade it and somehow the owner card now saves.
