Custom connector poll trigger time

I've created a customer connector and triggers using polling.  It looks like it polls my API every 15 minutes.  Is there a way to change the time so it does it more often?  Any help is appreciated.

    Hi @Anonymous,

     

    Which Flow Plan are you using?

    Maximum flow frequency for each plan is different. If you are using Flow Free plan, it will be 15 minutes.
