When i try to publish my canvas app, i can not do it, and gives me the next error:
When the canvas app was created, it was created outside of a solution. Last publish 2 months ago and it was working properly.
A very basic to start off, have you tried this in an inprivate or incognito window? Let me know if this happens even there.

I am also facing this issue.
The application not is listed under "solutions" and "out side solutions" when try to add to a solution.seems that the application not having valid solution to publish. and no idea how it is happening .
any thoughts ...
