ReportI have a SP List called Hospital that has a column for services.
I have a SP List called Staff that has a lookup column to the Hospital list and also has a column for services.
My flow will trigger when an item has been created or modified in the Staff list. It needs to check all the services offered by the staff are matching services offered by the hospital. If there is a service the staff offers that is not in the Hospital list, I need to update the hospital list with the new service.
So, if Hospital ABC offers services for in-patient, outpatient, and cardiac, but a new staff member is hired and they offer service for pulmonary, I would like to check the staff members services, compare to their assigned business's services and add any outliers to the business's service column. In the end, the hospitals will list all the services it can provide based on the staff assigned to their hospital and what they can provide.
I am guessing I need an array for the hospital's service and an array for the staff's service to find the outlier on the staff's side. The outlier is what will in turn be used to update the hospital's list to include that new service.
