I have a Power BI report embedded with a Power Automate button that triggers an email when clicked. However, when other users attempt to trigger the flow from the published report, they receive the following error:
“You are not authorized to send mail on behalf of the specified sending account.”
When the users are triggering the buttons then the error exists
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- The flow runs correctly when I (as the creator) trigger it.
- I’ve granted my coworker co-owner permissions on the flow and ensured they have access to the report.
- The coworker has the necessary Power BI Pro license and Power Automate permissions.
- I’ve checked that the flow is shared with the correct users.
Despite these settings, the error persists when users who don't own the flow try to trigger it.
