This (mostly) works when I'm testing this, but here are my suspected issues to get it working how I actually want.
I have a spreadsheet of events that has a column that automatically timestamps a new row (".Outreach Event Schedule.xlsm" in the flow below)--this part works. I'm trying to get the flow to send an email to a separate excel list of names ("DCR/Recruitment/Notification Email of new Outreach Event Opportunities(1-1).xlsx") with an HTML of each new event put into the .Outreach Event Schedule.xlsm spreadsheet (i.e. new events added that day).
First problem: the email sends every night regardless of whether there is a row with today's timestamp. I think my condition is the culprit, but I'm not sure what I need to do.
Second problem: When I get the email on the days there SHOULD be something, the HTML table is blank. I think the culprit is the start time/timezone on my recurrence? I'm trying to get it to run at 11:45pm ET to capture everything from that day.

Not as critical, but I'll take the help... The HTML table in the automated email includes a long string of zeros for time in the date field, which I'd prefer to just be formatted as a short date. How do I fix the time formatting?
