It seems the bulk upload service stops working from time to time. Its intermittent - but happens quite often. I have been trying since morning to bulk upload into CDS through the powerapps interface and stuck on a loading spinner and nothing else.
anyone else experiencing this? (am in the AP region)

Can you try using DataFlows to perform bulk update? It is reliable and we can track the process while it is migrating data.
