Sharepoint Online & List Forms - User alert emails

I am quite new on Sharepoint Online and Power Automate and have created a Sharepoint site with applicable lists for where users (internal and external) can log Property Queries, currently it is working great and each user logged in can only see queries on Properties assigned to them (Therefore queries created by me, queries assigned to me and all queries on my Properties).

I do however still have some issues, one which I think relates to Flows:

Daily email alert per user so that they can get an alert for all items on their Properties thus not on all items in the list but just the items for the Properties to which they are assigned to

Hopefully this is the correct Forum for this type of question. 🙂

Hi @Anonymous,
You can use a recurring power automate that scheduled for every day.
In this power automate use Get Items action to get items from SharePoint list and use send email action to send email to assigned person.
Now if one user has more then one query do you want to send a email for each query or one email for all queries ? Sending a email for each query is very simple, for sending one email for all query to assumed user, you may need to Work little bit more work.

Yes, for the time being I would like the users to receive a daily consolidated report that shows all items (queries logged) that are linked to the Properties to which the user is linked/assigned to since the items (queries logged) consist of "Assigned to me, Created by me and All items on my Properties". The Page Views are also grouped in to "Not Started", "In Progress: and "Completed".
