Email to include link to a New Ticket

Hello professionals,

I'm super new to PA. I built a Ticketing system in SharePoint and created a simple PA from a template on the SharePoint page to send an email when a new ticket is created. I used the PA template for "Send an Email when a new ticket is created" and it works great. I want to put a button with a link to the new ticket that triggered the email. Can someone help? Attached are screenshots of the flow and the email that it generates currently.

Hi @TimTeska
Please note you can edit your email body in HTML mode by clicking on the </> icon:
So I guess you can add an HTML button whose link is your Sharepoint item, by following any of the recommendations from https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2906582/how-do-i-create-an-html-button-that-acts-like-a-link.
Please note whoever clicks on the link needs to have SP permissions to view the item

Hi Efialttes,
Thank you for your reply, I've seen this html in other posts, but I would like to put a link to the actual ticket that was created that triggered the PA and not just the sharepoint address. Is this possible?

I entered the HTML code for the site address which I have access to but neither a button or active link was in the email. Should my site address be changed?

Hi again!
Please note you whould add it after </p>.
Anyway, not every piece of HTML code will work inside an email body. I've cloned part of the HTML code used by 'Send an email with options' action block since it is expected to work no matter it is received in Outlook, gmail, etc.:

<p>New item!!!<br> Created by: EFIALTTES KORO SENSEI<br> Created at: 2023-09-01T16:43:36Z<br> </p> <div style="font-size:16px; border:10px solid #ffffff; background-color:#0077ff; padding:10px; color:#ffffff; text-align:center"><a href="https://www.bing.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-auth="NotApplicable" style="color:white; text-decoration:none" data-linkindex="0">Go to Bing</a> </div>

You can play with its size, background colour, text font, etc. Sorry I am not an HTML expert
