Hello fellow community members,

i have a few questions about Copilot, generative answers and Sharepoint as Datasource and i hope you can help me getting some light into the dark.

We have quite a big Sharepoint Intranet within our organisation with thousends of Sitescollections, pages, tons of documents,...

So of course it´s difficult if people search and filter the mass of information to get to the response they are looking for.

So Copilot comes in handy to ease up the search for our users to get better and more accurate results.
As the Sitecollections and Informations have grown over the last years, also redundand and outdated information are stored.

My questions are.

1. is there a way to prioritize content? so that it´s within the top 3 results from graph?

2. is there a way to exclude content used by copilot? e.g. only search within .aspx but don´t use document libraries or specific file types?

3. is there a best practice to create/formulate content that it can deliver better results using copilot/graph?

4. is there a best pratice to test the Bot? Testcases, automatic testing,...?

5. i created a copilot studio bot with an existing sitecollection as genai datasource and tried serveral different questions and tests to get the expected answers. most of the time it works but on some questions i get "I’m sorry, I’m not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?".
I created a new sitecollection and a page for testing, and copied the content of the page (from the other sitecollection to which i got no answer for my question) and Le voilà i got the correct answer from the bot. So i tried to check directly via
Graph Explorer if the other (sitectollection 1) does not get a search result.

My Problem is that i tried to query the graph like in the microsoft learn article but i get results from other sites and not only from the site i set as the path attribute shown in the attached screenshot 😞
