Approval flow in Powerapps and in MS Flow

Hello Experts,

 

I have an Power app on SP List, and I am using the MS Flow to generate the approvals, but lets say the email gets lost in the bulk, i was thinking to have an Option for Approver in Powerapps, to have the user login into the SP and using the powerapps, he/she can Approve/Deny the document.

 

so in reality User can approve through Email or through SP List.

 

is that some Duable...?

    Hi @maruthi216 

     

    A flow approval can be accessible in 3 ways:

    Email

    Microsoft Flow App on mobile

    Microsoft Flow approval center

     

    If you need to show the approvals within powerapps, then you would have to query CDS (which would require use of premium licenses)

    Thank you, i think i can use the idea of having the App and then go to "My Approvals" and then find document that needs to be approved and then Approve.
