Count the number of records based on the status

Hi, I am currently doing e-ticketing tools system in power apps.

I am stuck now where I don't know how to count the number of records based on each status(new, draft, require update, in progress, delay, raise to vendor, rejected, completed) and these status are in choice form in sharepoint list. Screenshot (736).png

can someone help me? tqqq

Hi @mel_ ,

If these are choices then you can see something like this:

CountRows(Filter('Issue Tracker', Status = Choices('Status (Issue Tracker)').New))

Use your PowerApps auto-complete to complete Choices of status as per your Table, I'm not sure about the Column Name

unfortunately it does not work, i do change a bit for the choices part in formula but still does not work

Hi @mel_ ,

You missed a round closing bracket, also check what's the status field you get from PowerApps itself

It will help you, navigate in Choices list only
