You can use the: List files in folder action to retrieve files from different machines. Set the connection to the machine you want to pull files from and you will be good to go.

You can use Python script to connect the remote machine using WMI library

But if that is in your same network then you can ask your admin to mount that as a separate drive in your system, So that you can use the folder actions as you do in your local PC
