Pre-populating a choice question / column

Hi everyone, 

I am after assistance with something on my PowerApp.

 

I have two columns in SharePoint with choice items (It is for the user to select a time Start Time and End Time).  When the user selects and End Time, I would like the next Start Time on the row below to be replicated/pre-populated as the choice item.  See below

I want them to be able to change it if they want, but most of the time it will be the same as the End Time

    Just set the default on the start time to endtimedatepicker.selected.value
