hi. i am using PowerApps from Sharepoint. i have an on/off switch and a drop down menu that has 1 through 4 as options.
i want the visibility of something to appear ONLY if this happens.
The toggle is switched to on AND if either the datacard9 is either 1 or 2.
the below doesn't work.
If(DataCardValue9.Selected.Value = "1" || DataCardValue9.Selected.Value = "2" && DataCardValue17.Value = true,true,false)

Please use below formula instead and have a test:
If(And(Or(DataCardValue9.Selected.Value = "1",DataCardValue9.Selected.Value = "2"),DataCardValue17.Value = true),true,false)
