With InfoPath, you could tie a form to a specific content type so that no matter which library this content type applied to, the form would "travel" with it. This doesn't seem to be available in PowerApps yet. However, I have a need to deploy a single PowerApp to several lists. Do I have any options available to me that will allow me to deploy the app to multiple lists and won't require me to do extensive modification of the app on each list?

Not something that is available right now, but definitely would be a plus!

I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently. If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

There are a lot of duplicate ideas on the idea board at this time, so you might want to consider voting on one that is already there to get the momentum going rather than creating a new one as was suggested.
Yeah, I voted for the option to tie a PowerApp to a content type, which is really needed.
