You can view/edit flows created in PVA in your browser!
When a bot is first created on a Team, an Environment gets created. It may take awhile for it fully to be assembled.
So say you add some flows via PVA in Teams.
You can go to https://flow.microsoft.com
And view/edit these.
How?
First change the environment in Flow to match the name of your team.
Then go to Solutions
Select the Default Solution
Filter for Flows
Click on the Flow you would like to view/edit.
