SEND EMAIL TO SPECIFIC EMAIL ID BASED ON THE ANSWERS SELECTED IN MS FORMS

Hi,

I have a MS Forms designed for user to fill and submit when they require to take work leave.

So, the questions are,

Q1:

Leave Type
1. Annual Leave
2. Casual Leave

Q2: Reason

Q3: Upload leave form.

So, the implementation what I need is when the user selects the answer for Q1, as Annual Leave an email needs to be sent to PIC “A” & when the user selects the answer as Casual Leave for Q1 the email needs to be sent to PIC “B”.

Could you please help on how I could setup this implementation accordingly?

Do you want to send email to different people according to selected leave type?

The process I already have in place has an option where the file is renamed too according to the answers provided. If am to add the condition to which section, do I need to add it.

Hi @mfazilm ,

I suggest that you put the condition before "send an email", because you need to judge the recipient based on the Leave Type before sending the email.
