Collect Responses from a Form

Hi, so i am a collaborator on a form that has been created by a colleague, i am unable to collect all the responses from the form that have been submitted by other people. I have built the flow as suggested. The only responses it will collect are the ones that i submit. Is this correct or should i be able to collect the responses submitted by everyone that uses the form.

Any information advice would be helpful

Collect Responses from a Form

You could use a Send an HTTP request to SharePoint action for this with the Forms API. That API supports retrieving responses.

Try something like the below

Below is the URI format I used

/formapi/api/<tenantid>/users/<useridofuserwhocreatedtheform>/light/forms('<yourformid>')/responses?$select=submitDate,responder,answers
