I am using the Round(Value(Gallery),0) for to cut the decimals of 0's but some how in the german I still see them how to make the numbers available in both languages. In English i see them as 19, where in german lanuages 190000000.

You can pass a second parameter to the Value function to set the locale of the number.

If your source has a . as a decimal seperator, you can use

    Round(Value(Gallery, "en-US"),0)

This will make sure the source is always treated the same, regardless of the users locale. (which for German will use a , as a decimal seperator and just ignore the . since it's used as a thousands seperator there)
